Standard US delivery takes 5 to 10 business days after your order ships. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your package is on its way.
Free standard delivery on all orders over €50 (no code required). For orders under €50, a fixed delivery charge will be applied at checkout based on your address.
Yes. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email to follow your package in real-time. If you don't receive it within 3 business days, please contact us.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery takes 10 to 21 business days. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the buyer's responsibility.
First check with neighbors and around your property. If it's still missing after 24h, contact us with your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation immediately. We'll make it right.
30-day hassle-free returns. If you're not 100% satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We'll provide a return label and issue a full refund within 7–10 business days.
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be processing. Contact us immediately and we'll do our best. If shipped, our 30-day return policy applies.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may add 2–5 extra days depending on your card provider. You'll receive a confirmation email.
