Terms of sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern all sales of products made through our online store. By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally accept these terms. 

7.1 Scope of Application 

These GTC apply to all orders placed by any customer ("Buyer") on the lkshop website. lkshop reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order. 

7.2 Products 

Our product catalog includes home decor items, ecological and sustainable products, and gadgets. Product descriptions and photographs are provided for informational purposes. Minor differences in color or appearance due to screen display settings are not grounds for a complaint. 

7.3 Prices 

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are indicated separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of confirmation. 

7.4 Order Process 

An order is considered accepted upon receipt of payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of an obvious pricing error, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, with full refund to the Buyer. 

The order process includes the following steps: 

  1. Browse and add items to your cart. 

  1. Proceed to checkout and provide shipping and billing details. 

  1. Select a shipping method. 

  1. Review and confirm your order. 

  1. Complete payment via our secure checkout. 

  1. Receive an order confirmation email. 

7.5 Payment 

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store any payment card information. 

7.6 Transfer of Ownership & Risk 

Ownership of products transfers to the Buyer upon full payment. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. 

7.7 Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling) 

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires. Returned items must be in their original condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. 

7.8 Product Warranty 

All products are covered by the legal warranty against hidden defects and the warranty of conformity as provided under applicable law. In the event of a non-conforming product, you may request repair, replacement, or a full refund. 

7.9 Dispute Resolution 

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer service first for an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. 

7.10 Force Majeure 

EcoDecor & Gadgets shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
