Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order. 

4.1 Processing Time 

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

4.2 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times 

We offer the following shipping options: 

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days.  

  • International Shipping: 10 to 21 business days (depending on destination country). 

Estimated delivery times are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. 

4.3 Shipping Costs 

Free standard delivery on all orders over €50 (no code required) or £43.22. For orders under €50, a fixed delivery charge will be applied at checkout based on your address.

4.4 Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website or through our store. 

4.5 International Orders & Customs 

For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country of destination. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. 

4.6 Lost or Damaged Shipments 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at supportlkconnect@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
